These 45 - 60 minute workshops include: Awareness, Education, and Understanding Applications for Behavior Change. Sample Topics Include: Dementia: Breaking the Stigma, Healthy Living for Older Adults, Personal Resilience in the Time of Covid, and Improving Your Memory. Additional topics available upon request.
FITNESS PROGRAMS
Mobility and Balance Programs are customized to meet the needs of each community and their members. Sessions can be held indoors or outdoors, as well as virtually. Programs can be customized to include: Breath, Balance and Movement. As a certified Ageless Grace instructor, the 21 movement tools can be integrated into a Breath, Balance and Movement program, or can be offered as a stand-alone program.
Ageless Grace is a program based on the science of Neuroplasticity. The 21 movement tools are organic, rather than choreographed, and focus on using the core to stimulate cognitive function and physical function simultaneously. Ageless Grace is a profound body of work that provides amazing results, and is simple to learn, playful, easy to do —- and FUN!!
