MOBILITY

Fitness sessions are customized to meet the needs of each individual client, to elevate their brain/body awareness and increase overall daily mobility. Sessions can be held indoors, outdoors, or virtually, and individually or small groups.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Increasing overall strength is important in maintaining mobility, independence, and the ability to perform daily activities. Programs focus on exercises incorporating movements of daily activity to maintain confidence within your own home.

BALANCE

Both static and dynamic balance moves are incorporated into daily practice. Strengthening leg muscles, regular physical exercise, sleep condition, sensory changes, and medications all have an effect on balance.
